个人及工作简历
杜清河,男,1979年7月出生,IEEE会员。2010年12月于美国Texas A&M University (德州A&M大学,2010年美国U.S.News权威研究生院排名工程类第12名)获Computer Engineering博士学位,现为西安交通大学信息与通信工程系副教授、硕士生导师。一直从事无线网络中的统计服务质量保障、跨层设计、有效信道容量理论及应用、以及无线多播传输的资源分配与差错控制等方面的研究。现主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,国家科技重大专项子课题2项、教育部博士点基金项目1项、国家重点实验室开放课题2项、校企合作横向课题1项;作为核心成员参加自然科学基金重点项目1项、自然科学基金国际合作交流项目1项。近年来在国际著名期刊和会议上发表论文90余篇,申请美国发明专利2项,出版译著1本;获IEEE GLOBECOM 2007最佳论文奖、IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications 2010的最佳论文奖提名。现为IEEE COMMUNICATIONS LETTERS的Associate Editor和 JOURNAL OF CYBER-PHYSICAL SYSTEMS的Editor。担任IEEE/CIC ICCC Workshop on Internet of Things 2013、2014、2015的TPC Chair、担任IEEE GLOBECOM 2009、IEEE ICC 2015 Workshop on IoT/CPS-Security的Publicity Chair. 此外,还担任IEEE GLOBECOM、IEEE ICC、IEEE INFOCOM等国际顶级会议组织委员会委员及技术委员会委员。
